Today was the day of Anna, Hanna, Nico, Pauli and Miriam the German delegation!
We woke everybody up with a German soccer-song and at 8.20 we were screaming for flag time! After that and the breakfast were we gave them some questions about Germany to make the decision about which table can go first to take their breakfast.
Then we had our first activity for the day. We played a chair game, where each person got one symbol from a normal card play like diamond, heart and so on. The leader of the game was shouting the symbols and these people had to move to the next chair and sit on the persons that weren't move. They couldn't even move when it was their turn to move, so we had long lines of persons. When the leader shouted on the whole line had to change the position and the one on top had to sit in the end. After that game we played Hi Harry which was also very funny!
Then it was time for lunch and after that for the Jc shop, were each kid can choose some sweets, t-shirts or postcards.
From 1 pm to 2 pm there was one hour siesta time, where the kids can sleep read or play cards. At 2 pm the next activity started outside on a grassfield with some big trees where we played capture the flag. We had two teams and they had to find their flag, which was hidden somwhere in the trees on the side of the other team. They tried to run to the other side and if they got catched they were send into the prison. It started to rain and we went home to had the shower time. The leaders had their leaders meeting.
At 5 pm it was delegation time! Many delegations used the time to buy ice cream and sit around and talk about their feelings. One hour later it was time for dinner and we (the delegation) led the group to do something for us to see which table would be the first table to take food. So we asked them do the German flag with their t-shirt colors and to sing a German song!
7.30 pm was the time for activity 3. We played the winkle game, the girls were sitting on chairs and the boys standing behind them. One boy had no partner so he had to winkle to a girl, we laughed a lot! the second game was called clapgame which was also funny.
At 9.15 pm we had the lullabies we enjoyed it very much and went happy to bed at 10 pm.
